How did you originally get involved in the sport?
Strength and conditioning for Basketball. Basically wanted to dunk and it helped achieve that good.

The training - different variations and exercises that add up to the end goal.

Make the Commonwealth Games

Inspiring the younger / youth lifters at my club.
